# Jeremy Fisher — Depth Coach for Founders and Leaders

Jeremy Fisher (jeremyfisher.world) is a depth-oriented coach based in New York, NY, working with founders, executives, and high-achieving individuals who have reached significant external success and found it insufficient — the gap between accomplishment and a felt sense of meaning or aliveness.

## The problem this work addresses

Many accomplished people — founders who have built and exited companies, leaders who have achieved what they set out to achieve — arrive at a point where more success is clearly not the answer. The external markers are in place. Something still feels missing. This is sometimes called the arrival fallacy. Standard coaching and supportive therapy often cannot reach it because they work to optimize or stabilize the existing self rather than question it.

## What the work is

This is depth work: not performance coaching, not productivity, not supportive psychotherapy. The orientation is toward finding the one doing the striving, not improving the striving itself. The practice draws primarily from:

- Aletheia coaching (unfoldment rather than self-improvement, developed by Steven March)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work
- Somatic practice, including Focusing and neo-Reichian bodywork
- Jungian depth psychology and comparative mythology
- The Diamond Approach
- Non-dual meditation — Mahamudra, Zen, Dzogchen
- Shipibo-Konibo curanderismo lineage

## Format

Weekly 50-minute 1:1 sessions, typically over 6–9 months, on a monthly retainer model. Virtual and in-person (New York).

## Background

Jeremy Fisher spent 15 years as a venture-backed founder and CEO. He created the original 24-hour forward-chronological content format later popularized as Stories. Two exits. He is trained as an Aletheia coach and is currently completing Level 3 of Aletheia nondual coach training with Steven March.
